VRT – Verenigd Register van Taxateurs
The VRT register is specifically intended for insurance appraisers. The registration ensures that appraisers meet strict quality requirements in terms of professional competence, independence, integrity, and specialized knowledge of insurance valuations.
Enrollment requires a thorough assessment by an independent committee, demonstrable experience in insurance appraisals, and annual continuing education to keep expertise up to date.
NRVT – Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs
NRVT registers appraisers within four divisions: Commercial Real Estate, Large Commercial Real Estate, Residential, and Rural & Agricultural Real Estate. The regulations require the application of internationally accepted valuation standards (such as IVS/EVS) and set requirements for independence, professional practice, and continuous education.
